The Scammer
A comedy web series about a phone scammer whose day goes very wrong. One lead carries every scene, with a second recurring character on the other end of the line.
Orca & Penguin
An 8-episode animated series for a fintech app, built around two mascots. New locations, outfits and props in every episode, and nobody turns into a different orca.
The DJ Bull
A photoreal brand mascot for a media agency. Fur, horns, hoodie and hands stay the same from the wide shot to extreme close-ups on the decks.
Fantasy game campaign
Painted fantasy style for a mobile game ad: a young wizard, a witch and a villain, each recognizable across shots and poses.
How I keep a character the same person
Consistency is not luck and it is not fixed in the edit. It is built into the pipeline before the first scene exists.
Character sheet first
Face, proportions, hair and wardrobe from three angles and in two lighting setups. The sheet is locked before any scene is made.
Every shot from the sheet
Scenes are generated from the reference images, not from a text description. Text drifts from shot to shot, references don't.
Consistency pass
Each shot is checked against the sheet: eyes, face shape, clothing details, hands. Anything that drifts gets regenerated, not hidden with a quick cut.
Edit to music
Cuts land on the beat, titles and captions are animated, sound is mixed. This reel was cut on a 103 BPM grid, two beats per shot.
